UMCOR - Connecting Neighbors Training @ Kenmore UMC
January 25, 2025, 8:30 AM – 4:30pm
We're excited to announce that UMCOR Connecting Neighbors trainings will be happening at Kenmore UMC!
These sessions are designed to equip churches and communities to better prepare for and respond to disasters. As these are the first trainings of their kind in our Conference, we’re excited to have an UMCOR Consultant flying in to lead the sessions. This is a great opportunity for congregations to learn directly from an expert in disaster preparedness.

In addition, we’re looking for Ambassadors who feel called to lead this training in their own churches and communities. No prior experience in disaster response is necessary—just a willingness to learn and guide others. Ambassadors will receive all necessary materials and ongoing support from UMCOR.
